The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings. These definitions apply consistently throughout the entire document.

• "Platform" means the 499bet website, mobile app and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means the person who holds a registered account on 499bet.
• "Balance" means the total of real money and bonus money held in an account.
• "Bonus" means promotional credit awarded by 499bet, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means the identity verification process required to keep accounts secure.

In these terms, singular words may be read as plural and plural words as singular where the context requires. Words in the masculine gender may also be used to refer to the feminine.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register on 499bet and take part in any betting or casino activity is 21 years. Anyone who does not meet this age requirement may not create or use an account. 499bet may request a government-issued identity document at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• The account must be created in the user's own name.
• The mobile number and email address must be active and belong to the user.
• A National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be required for identity verification.
• 499bet must be informed immediately if any information provided at registration changes.

3.1 Login and Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account occurs or is suspected, 499bet's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

499bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a secure service. KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Transactions may be delayed if the required documents are not submitted in time.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that remains inactive for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. 499bet will handle such accounts in accordance with its established policy and will notify the user in advance.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on 499bet can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, transactions are supported from major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Unusual Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, 499bet reserves the right to put it on hold until it has been verified. If fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — 10 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and conditions.
• Bonus funds do not convert directly into real money — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while a bonus offer is in progress, unless explicitly permitted.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
• 499bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error or exceptional circumstance leads 499bet to decide otherwise at its discretion. The odds and conditions shown on the bet confirmation screen are considered final.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds in sports betting may change according to market conditions. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will apply. The official announcement of the relevant sporting body will be considered final when determining results.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault or loss of connection, 499bet will determine the result based on saved data. Any attempt to exploit software bugs or errors to gain funds may result in those earnings being voided.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum amount that can be won in a single transaction may be limited for certain games or betting events. This limit will be stated in each game's description.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Playing or placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Interfering with or attempting to find weaknesses in the platform's security.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under the minimum age.
• Using violent, obscene or discriminatory language toward other users or 499bet staff.

8.1 499bet's Rights

499bet may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for breach of terms, suspicious activity or security reasons. The user will be informed by email in such cases.

8.2 User's Rights

A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed, provided no verification process is currently ongoing. Any incomplete wagering requirements related to bonuses will be cancelled and the associated bonus funds will not be refunded.

8.3 Right of Appeal

A user may submit a written appeal to 499bet's support team against a decision to close their account. The appeal will be reviewed properly and the user will be informed of the decision.
